MVM,

[SW Ontario] Forum Header - need an update?

Here's the header at the top of DSLReports Cogeco forum:

"Welcome to our Cogeco high speed Internet forum. If you have a problem, please read the post titled "have a problem? Read this before you post and follow the guidelines when posting your problem"

Link goes to this post from 2002

»Have a problem? Read this before you post.

There's a couple of comments about conducting ourselves in a civilized manner followed by questions to answer in order to get help.

This is 10 yrs old, does it need an update and if so what?

MVM,

Omg what a bunch of comedians

Alright, no objections to the header so far.
Are the questions still all relevant and up and out date in the link?

Thank You ! - I resemble that remark. [takes a bow]

The header is likely OK, unless anyone has other ideas.

As for what's at the far end of the link - might need some work.

Would depend upon how optimistic an outlook we would wish to portray to those who dare to tread....

One thing which would make it flow/read better for ME would be to separate the steps into a section for TV subscribers and another for Internet peeps.

Also add a phone section, as Cogeco did little/no phone service when that post was created.

I agree, I remember when it was being put together and it just doesn't seem like it was that long ago.
