| [HN9000] Fair Access Policy No Longer 24 hours? So like that weird slowdown that's been going on for 2 month still affects me, but it isn't as bad as it was a month ago. So Today I noticed my Download Allowance resets at 5:30 am (central time), and then i remembered a month ago it was at 2am when it reset. First off I have no idea how this is even possible since this is during the cap free period but I decided to see what would happen if I used all my data. I ran it down after spending all day downloading stuff but the time the data resets remain unchanged? Is this another hughsnet screw up or something? |

kudos:5 | There are a bunch of things that can change reset time. Chief among those are purchases of tokens (which you control) and software updates for the modem (which you don't control).
If this is the first time you've seen the reset time change you are unusual, and it probably won't be the last time.

Actually something is different because I noticed too mine seems to always reset around 2am(pacific time) no matter what. I used a token the other day and it did not reset the refill time to 24 hours like it usually does. It kept counting down as if I never used the token and still resetting at 2am. Before when I used tokens it would change your reset time to whenever you used the token. It don't seem to do that anymore. |

Didnt a while back People saying the courts got on their asses or they got sued for their misleading Advertisements and forcing them to do what they should have been doing since the beginning instead of trying to screw/ripping off costumers (making them give us more token instead of being limited to 1) instead of being limited to one(Not paying so much for early cancellation) ( not resetting the fap time) If true they deserve it. |
