[Info] possible with AD?

We are getting ready to sell alottment of systems and I need to deactivate all the machines software, adobe, sony vegas, ect. I would also like to wipe the machines vlk if possible.

is it possible for me to setup AD to do what I am wanting or should I go do it manually to all 150 machines?
