The only requirement is you have US address which is not a problem if you hire a registered agent. And its very easy to do if your business is virtual. Exactly. A Corporation should NOT have the same rights as a citizen. It's not the same. A corporation can't be held accountable in the same manner a person can. They shouldn't be afforded the same legal level as a citizen.
However in order to work for a new employer, if your not a citizen you need a visa sponsorship and most employers won't do it because its too expensive, too complicated, too long process. Many employers won't even bother looking at your resume if you're from States but reside in different state than employer since they give priority to locals or hire locals only.
