You can do static routing or use a routing protocol that will have the dc advertise routes to the cisco router.
For example for a default route do the following assuming the DC's network interface for the lan is 10.10.10.1 and then ics on the windows server should share the connection correctly using the other interface as the wan connection.
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.10.10.1
This will route all outgoing traffic on the 1921 to the 10.10.10.1 ip address. unless another route has been configured.
Also please make sure ip routing is enabled on your router. |

Are they even running any sort of dynamic routing protocol?
What network(s) are involved between the two NICs on the DC?
