Asus Rt-N66u and Acer Aspire 5520

I am able to connect the other laptops and gaming consoles that we have at the house. My brother's laptop is an Acer Aspire 5520. Whenever I tried connecting to the router. It would sometimes accept my wpa key at the same time it would give me a valid IP Address. But for some reason it says on the connection status "Unidentified Network" What I did was I enabled guest zone. I was able to connect thru a guest account without using any WPA key. How do I usually solve this problem?

Kingston, NH
Not quite sure what you're saying. Does the Acer not connect when you enter the security key? The guest account will not require a key unless you set one up.

I have a RT-N66U with 7 computers (5 wireless), an iPad, and 2 smartphones connected. And don't have any issues when friends connect their wireless devices when I give them the security key.
