Tsukime join:2012-05-30 Pemberton, NJ | [connectivity] Intermittent Connectivity / Speeds dropped drasti So I've had intermittent connectivity issues with my Verizon Dsl at least 5-6 times in the past. I spoke to them through online chat /over the phone three times within the past week, telling them the same problem and what I've already been through over the last 6 years. Everytime I had this problem fixed, I had to have a tehcnician come to my house and fiddle with the wiring in the little grey NID box and things worked great for 1-1.5/years . My main concern though, is the drastic speed decrease I'm getting. I'm paying for the 15,000 kbit/sec + package yet as of right now my down speeds keep fluctuating between 5,000 -7,000 kbit/sec. I've had the full 15k kbit/sec speeds over the last few months WITH the intermittent problem. Would anyone happen to know of a number I could call where I could possibly schedule a tech to come out without going through a massive amount of tedious, robotic, foreign commands from representatives?
