I can't get past 7mbit downstream in Tulsa... tried Cox's own speedcheck, 3 servers in Dallas, 1 in Fort Worth, one in Kansas City, one in Chicago.Upstream is fine. I am at 25-30% of my rated speed right now.. total garbage. Wee!
