Re: Surely the lobbyist money is much more than 30k

The problem I have with this mantra, typically from the right, is that whenever a Republican politician they 'elected' votes poorly or against their interests, they do not get angry at them - oh no. Instead, they just blame all of government.

The beauty of a democratic government and the internet is that your elected officials voting record is there for all to see. Instead of just treating politics like picking your sports team or favorite driver for life, why not actually pick the candidate that represents your interests?

Voting everyone out for the sake of it is precisely why we got the do nothing block everything TEAnutters.

I would agree, I think party line voters are just lazy people.

Point still stands - they (maybe not all) are the problem.

Career Politicians are definitely the problem.

We also need a separation of corporation and state.

Career Politicians are only allowed to have that as a career because the general voting population is too stupid to change that.
