Comcast XFINITY → Comacast Houston Running Dirt Slow

Anybody else here in Houston notice that Comacast is loading dirt slow today I am in the Meyerland Willowbend area anybody know what is up. I have unplugged my modem & rest my router still no luck still running dirt slow.

Uploading is dirt slow again I am getting 25k to 30k when I should be getting 265k this is the 4 or 5 time in 2 months uploading is slower than sh**. If I could get verizon I would have got it for second I could have Comast internet sucks it is getting slow as time goes on

Have you opened a trouble ticket to have a tech come out?

Are the modem's signal stats in spec ?
