I have also power cycled the modem. Released and renewed the ip and just about any possible troubleshooting options. Just trying to get to the bottom of things, but I still love start :)

Ok, It is fluctuating a bit now. I'm going from 2mb/s to 30mb/s and I've tested on multiple servers. The ping is also all over the place :(
Edit2: It seems to have just been a fluke because web pages are back to loading lightning fast and pings have come way down. I guess there wasn't a point in this thread. I may have jumped the gun :P Oopsie
