Microsoft → [WIN7] SSD, moving location of temporary internet files?

If I follow the steps to move my temporary internet files, temp, and tmp files to my non-boot data drive, will CCleaner, windows disk cleanup, or the TFC program from this website's security cleanup forum still empty those folders since their locations are different?

I installed an ssd a few days ago, it is running well. After reading up on a lot of different tweak tutorials, I decided to do the tweaks that kept showing up over and over and seemed to be the consensus. Moving the temp internet files, temp, and tmp files were one of the steps that kept showing up to save writes to the ssd and prolong its life.
