[HDMI] Actiontech router is lagging while streaming media
The fios router seems like it may be overheating. Netflix media keeps losing connectivity after long term use during a day and my other computers seem to have lag while browsing internet, even with a hard-wired connection to the router. Is it possible for verizon to run a stress test on my line to see if the router is sub-par or needs replacement? Thank you.
Best thing to do beforehand is go to speedtest.verizon.net. Run the test. Don't use any other speed test site. This runs to a server within the Verizon network. Tech Support will use these results to see if it is a problem with your home. Will also tell you if the problem is within Verizon network.
