they use to do allow limited basic with an HD box/package....dont know if you can still get it though....only way to know for sure is to call, if they seem dumbfounded try a post in comcast direct...

also by the old 1992 law you can add HBO to limited basic as well. |

I imagine it will depend on the market, but typically you can get an HD STB with just Limited Basic but not a HD-DVR, for that they want you to subscribe to I believe Digital Starter or higher. If you have a HD-capable TiVo all you need is a CableCARD and you're good to go. |
