What is out there, on a temporary FTP that is somewhat similar in organic combat and fun to kill time until release? Conan? D3 is getting old fast (too many "network" issues), TL and BL are old (as in overplayed). Tera has an FTP component? Fun factor? Tks.

As odd as this sounds (I cant believe Im saying it myself), I dont really want another beta. Another one, and I would be very tempted to play it, but I want the game to be fresh at launch so I would prefer they dont have another beta. Unless the final beta didnt have a wipe, in which case I'd be okay with that. Kinda like Tera did. Either way, its been my intention since I first saw GW2's races and classes to roll up a Sylvari Ranger and possibly a Sylvari Thief. Would not having another beta with those races add to the population? Probably, but I suspect there will be quiet a few to begin with even if there was another beta and they were playable.

I thought they got rid of the overflow before the last BWE. I was never put into the overflow anyway, and I spent most of the first BWE there.

I don't know about 90% (:p), but I agree that the initial starting areas will be swamped. I wont be worried. GW2 also use instance. You might be in instance 1. Your friend might be in Instance 999. In the very same map.
