The laurel vendor I found is in LA, at the south, near where all the dungeon vendors are. He has a laurel icon over his head.

You can purchase ascended rings/amulets/infusions with 30/35 laurels.

Can those ascended laurel items be upgraded to upgraded ascended items in the mystic forge? I don't know.

Some of the infusions are non-fractals infusions: they don't have agony resistance, instead they are +MF, +Gold Find, +Karma... which is excellent and more open world focused!

Yeah I found the laurel vendor. I won't complete the Monthly incase I need to find JP's next month. I will say the JP's are pretty unique. Lots of hidden gems in the game.

the JPs I had already discovered before this month... when I returned to them I got credit for "finding" them.

you could have already found them, you just need to revisit them

I 1 shot this person in PvP yesterday with a rifle. Funny funny.

i don't bother trying to "finish" people off anymore

i continue to DPS then while they are down, till dead

if you try to finish them, the finish attempt does no damage, and often they can knock you down during the attempt... sometimes getting up

GW2 was flakey last night

then after that, my house lost power! windy in the northeast!

it was a rough night, but i finally go thru fractals daily

I was tired last night. Got on then off. Being 28 is rough.

my fractals are at 6 now, last night in my daily run I got 1 exotic, 2 rares, 1 onyx lodestone, 2 cores... i can already see the loot getting better

the exotic was account bound so I salvaged it with a BLTP salvage kit

2 nites ago I linked to cutler what dropped from the BIG BOSS chest from fractals for me

it was like a loot pinyata

about 5-6 rare mats and gear

fractals big boss chests can drop lodestones and exotics

if you get lucky you get like 10g+ from 1 chest

BIG BOSS = Jade Maw, at the end of each even level fractals

FYI I read last night dungeons are going to be re-vamped and adjusted

no more hyper rezzing at waypoint and running back to group fight/boss fight if you die

and mobs/bosses are going to be adjusted

I was also informed by doing some reading that even though I can run a higher lever fractal (higher than my personal level), I won't get loot that's up to that level of fractal which I'm running. Good experience gain though by running higher levels, get an idea of what to expect.

my fractals loot, is always at my own personal level, since the level being run is above me.

however, I am accomplishing 2 things. By running a higher, even fractal, i get the daily done, and I am increasing my own level.

there is absolutely no reason to run fractals on odd, or at your own level

why am I not doing fractals 10 yet?

because 8 is still above my level, and 8 has no agony

agony begins at 10 (also at fractals 10, ascended gear like rings begin to drop)

no need to do that yet since I am well below 8
