Very badly post sale service
Since last September 2011, I have been trying to credit my Magic Jack, due my suscription ended for the first year, and Id tried for several times with different operators from the chat on line of Magic jack and none of them have been capable to solve my problem. All the time I´d chatted with the help area they offer me to get in touch soon, but no one cares about me. You cannot have contact with a Manager or the owner, and no one returns no message, no solution. the truth is I do not recommend the product, since It only served me for the first year, and I could not recharge in spite of several attempts and chats with Magic Jack.
