EARTH | Sleazy, but That's sleazy not to disclose the fees, but people can't hang on to old plans forever. Comcast doesn't grandfather anything, but I wouldn't want them to, as we'd pay $10/mo less or something, but also have 1.5/256, when we now have 8/2. |

kudos:3 | That depends. They have grandfathered internet tiers at times, but in this case yes, they tend to tweak existing plans and then perform price increases.
However, video PACKAGES are in fact grandfathered, always. They may do price increased, but the package members and products are grandfathered. |
