At least the packet loss has been addressed by a new modem. To bad all their tier 1 diagnostics didn't catch that my old modem was starting to go out. |

Download speed not perfect, but close to what its supposed to be. (3mb) Screw me for wanting to play online games, right? Ridiculous latency here. I can't play Guild Wars 2 because of this bullshit.

Been getting this pretty consistently, for some reason some servers say I'm only getting around 5, but when I look in the task manager when something is downloading it is always high 12 meg or low 13 meg, DSLAM was just turned up, never been able to get broadband til now. I have seen my ping go into the low 80s, you guys think I should have a better ping considering its brand new equipment with probably me being the only one on it so far. |

ROFL!!!!! it took it 5 mins to run it after 4 disconnects and 3 unable to load configurations.
Tallahassee is less than 30 miles from me, but my connections keeps getting routed through Warner Robins, Douglas and some other place. Almost all of my connections when it ran good were out of Fitzgerald or Moultrie. |

must be nice... seeing those "12-25mbps" results...
this is from 3mbps subscription @ 8 PM CST/local time on TUES Feb 19th (2013) in southern Montgomery Co. Ark.
or roughly 1/20th the 3mbps subscription service.

I've been disconnected 3 times in the last 45 mins, disconnects and then reconnects just as quick and then gives me a totally new 173....or 174 or 162 ip addy.
2 hrs later it got worse still. |
