| Well on Windstreams own speed test site I am now getting 595 kbps down and 164 kbps up. That is real #### by far and large. No wonder it takes forever to even get a web page to load. Have a field tech coming tomorrow as I got tired of waiting for something to be done. But I believe they will not do anything to fix the phone and defer it cause ity is up to the area manager to decide when anything is going to happen. Sure wish they would at least run a line to bypass for now while they decide on what they are going to do. |

| yep Furydeath, looks like mine except my upload is less along with the download being less but it does look almost the same. Field tech did come this afternoon and found nothing and didn't understand why the modem is rebooting 12+ times a day. While she was here it didn't act up. While she was backing out of the drive it started the rebooting again about 3 times before it stayed up for an hour then did it again. Called to see how much it was going to cost me to have Windstream rip out the lines and place them somewhere and found out I wasn't on a contract. |
