Port Byron, IL | Just wanted to let everyone know... MediacomChad got the straightened out for me. There were a couple of issues but the major one was some $11.24 charge that was hanging out there for an extended period. Not sure how I could pay our bill on time each month and miss that but apparently I did. The online statements are often not reflective of what is actually owed. Anyway, thanks for the help. |
