Skype 5.9 for Windows hotfix

Today we have released a hotfix to the Skype 5.9 for Windows.

The newly released build resolves an issue which made Skype to use excess amount of system resources on the Windows 8 Release Preview, build 8400.

We would recommend for everyone to upgrade to the latest version.

Ms bought Skype coming back in Oct for $12.5 thousand but since then there hasn't been much in the way of new program and elements products that represent a actual collaboration between Skype and Ms products. In a film consultation conducted by Ms at CES 2012, Skype's v. p. of products Bob Osterloh said that collaboration is still in the functions.
