[NE] Modem help!!

Hello Cox Techs,

I have an 8-month old motorola surfboard SB5101U modem. The internet connection drops every few minutes...I have had my computer updated, used 3 different routers and gone to tier 2 Cox service techs for help.....still stuck and $225 invested! Can you help?
