Then they stopped.
The only answer I received was Shaw found they had less calls during the outage, than before the outage asking what the outage was for type of questions.

It was my understanding that business customers should be given notice of planned events. |

It used to be common-place, than they stopped.
That was the answer I was given the last couple times I called during planned outages.
