dgomez @dslextreme.com	[DSL] Slow speeds, especially download »/tweakr/block:···a=normal I am current customer with 3000/384 package. I see downloads at slow speeds of 33-122kb/s consistently. Downloading videos is extremely slow. Tweak test is above.
