Cogeco → [Windsor] Modem problems???

Ok, I have phone, Internet and cable with cogeco and yesterday I thought maybe they were working on something when ALL my services wouldn't work, It all came back on last night but then I wake up to find its all not working again today and still not working now. Good thing for cell phones! Anyways my modem is a touchstone, the first light (power) is a steady green, the second ligt (ds) is a steady green, but the next light (us) blinks constantly and the rest of the lights are out! Now I've tried resetting but that accomplishes nothing, anyone have any ideas? Tia
