[WildBlue] Email issues

I have a customer who switched from Hughes.net to wildblue because he was having issues sending with sending emails to multiple recipients. Hughes.net kept flagging him as a spammer. This is a 72 year old vietnam war pilot veteran. He definitely is not sending out spam, he's just sending his newsletter or whatever to multiple friends and family members. He switched service providers and amazingly the issue is now existing with Wildblue. He can email 1 person but if he puts more than one recipient in the CC or bCC, it gets bounced back. The installer has been out there several times and has been on the phone with tech support and has gotten NO Where! So, being this older gentleman's computer techie guy, I've been asked to help.
I was able to have him forward one of the bounceback messages...

I would find a new e-mail account that isn't tied to your ISP, e.g. Google or Yahoo. Someday you will change ISP and your Wildblue email address will no longer work. That can be a real mess.

I do have him setup with an account on gmail and I completely agree with using google instead of the isp. That's not the issue. Why is he unable to send emails thru wildblue when other users on the same domain can send emails to multiple recipients
