[IA] Cable TV frequent says disruption in service

Hi. I have the small box on a analog tv and daily get the we have detected a disruption in your service. If i channel down and back up it goes away. But this happens to my sister who lives 15 miles away and to my boyfriends dad who lives about 10 miles away. I have checked the connections and all is tight. My digital tv has the hd box and lately lots of pixelating and channel just freezes until I channel up and down on it.
