[FireFox] How can I restore options missing from the Privacy tab

Click for full size
tab in old FF

tab in new FF
I'm having problems staying logged in at some sites since I got a new computer. Firefox's Privacy tab in the new computer displayed correctly once this morning but otherwise hasn't. Both are v12. I want to specifically allow some sites' cookies as I did before.

The screen snapshot with black theme is my Privacy tab in the old computer. The red screen snapshot is the same FF tab in this new box.

Would be grateful for input. Perhaps Firefox is corrupt and needs a(nother) clean install?

Re: [FireFox] How can I restore options missing from the Privacy

The down arrow at the end of "Remember History" box needs to be clicked on. Then choose "use custom settings for history". Then you will see all the settings that you show from Fx on your old computer.

Or are you saying the down arrow does not work?

All better! I see in the old computer's screen snapshot that it was set as you said.

Thank you.

Edit: I should've thought to compare settings. Will claim a "senior moment."

I have plenty of those "senior moments".

Glad it is all better now!
