First of all, what EXACTLY are you trying to do here? Show up as a Canadian IP address? Access content
not normally visible in your region?

If either one of these ones, using a VPN is one way, or what's called a proxy service. Try your search
engine of choice to see what's out there.

Second of all, not sure what you mean by the comment "cannot detect [you are] using a VPN."
