[HN7000S] Fair Access Policy - Free Hours

According to Hughes, the free (unrestricted) hours are 2:00 AM to 7:00 AM ET. I have four computers which I need to update the system software. The last two nights I have set my alarm clock for 2:20 AM and have started a 2.25 GB download. Both nights my Hughesnet Usage page shows a 200-300 MB download between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM ET.
So, like an idiot, I called Technical Support and reading his prepared speech that says it is ET (Eastern Time) - they don't know the difference between EST and EDT I guess, so they give me a couple of tokens for my troubles
Sorry if this has been covered before, but in using satellite for about 10 years I have not noticed this time discrepancy.
Thanks,
BAT
