Agree, Cox in down south in Arizona, not Utah. And My 100Mb Comcast rocks, and Utopia in Brigham sux, A person I work with pays for 18Mb x 18Mb and only gets 15Mb and 6 Mb up..... On fiber. I told them to call and have someone look at it cause that was right. They said they have been out alot and nothing can be done.
