iknowPremium join:2012-03-25 | reply to Subaru it could be you got mistakingly put on a blacklist. or your IP changed to one on that blacklist. try changing your IP by putting in a different MAC address in your router, then reset the router and modem. that happened to me a while back for a tool site, changing the IP worked. you can also check with a tracing program to see where you are being blocked, and notify that administrator. |

If you're on the same wireless network and it works on a different PC then its not an external IP issue...it would be a software issue local to the one PC that it doesn't load correctly on. |

Subaru1-3-2-4Premium join:2001-05-31 Greenwich, CT 1 edit | I can't see how it could be but maybe.. I haven't changed anything since i did a fresh install 3 weeks ago.. I only went to go to ebay to leave feedback in which I was unable to get on the site.. I changed no network settings or browser settings

oh I think I see the issue here under the hosts file
back on ebay now |

 | Yeah, looks like a hosts entry for ebay.com was pointing it to localhost. Good thing that it's working again. |
