The fact that average people don't appreciate Utopia (or fast internet in general) may be to your advantage, because it means that you won't have to pay any premium over having it (compared to not having it).<br><br>If you own, then, yeah, maybe you should just wait and try to pursuade your city to join instead.  But if you rent, I'd say go for it, and don't look back!<br><br>P.S. I was actually thinking about moving to Utah, but then I found uber-fast and cheap cloud hosting. :&#45;)]]></description>
