Oh so wish my city would have gone for it. There are two problems with pursuading them to now: 1) I don't believe Utopia is taking on new cities - it still has "obligations" to the cities who have been paying in all along; and 2) The city I live in is well managed, but by fuddy duddies who are not forward thinkers. /sigh

Given enough time I'm sure Bountiful and other adjacent cities will get their fiber laid as well!
