Also the reson why I do not want to give it out as the iOS is a continuously is hacked and exploited OS. there for my credit card data is not safe with apple. |

I just created a new Apple ID for funsies. No card needed. You do know the credit card info is kept on an Apple server somewhere, and not the phone, right? Please tell me you knew that much at least |

Wrong. They don't need a data breach to invade your privacy. iphone users already have their locations tracked by apple. As apposed to all the carriers tracking all of their customers' phones? With aGPS being more accurate than GPS, which is more accurate than cell tower triangulation, but any which way all cell phones can be tracked to varying degrees by their carriers. Of course they only use it for 911, family tracking, mapping, and "find your phone" services... maybe.

If you're so worried about the credit card numbers, use the instructions linked to above that tell you how you don't have to use a credit card.

Use a one time disposable number issued by your credit card company. Many do this.
or...
Go buy a Visa gift card

| What the OP is getting at is there is no reason for any of that to exist for a device that they paid for.
How is it Apple's decision to say "Sure, you paid a lot for that device we sold you. Despite that you have to do things our way if you want to use it. We do this for your benefit so big brother can't allow you to do things the way you want to."
Kinda makes ya wonder who big brother really is.

| Amazon does the same for Android apps. They send you a receipt for $0.00.
If you already have an Amazon account, they use that. Amazon sells a whole lot more stuff than Apple. I can get household goods, hard cover books, etc. |
