Probably.. I know someone who had PSN, and Telocity told him if he wants to continue with the service he has to pay 50/month (this is for 784/784 so it's a pretty good deal). -- Resistance, is futile.
I agree, I am probably going to switch. At least I will get the same service and the tech support I've been reading about from Telocity is still better than the kind we recieve now.
reply to Telredor I just received my letter from Phoenix and they said I will have to pay the $50 to Telocity and if I cancel my service I will still be hit with the early cancellation fee......hmm, I don't remember them saying that they reserve the right to switch me to a different company.
