For the people that have FIOS it's a big deal. Basically Verizon cut the price for their 150 service in half to bring it in line with the rest of the industry while they intro their new 300 tier. It might be good for others as the competition might upgrade speed tiers for their users. Remains to be seen. Other than that a snooze fest.

Yea but current customers are not getting upgraded, correct? I have 35/35, it's not maigcally going to change one day to 75/35, no?

My guess is I have to call. I hate calling Verizon Customer Service as they blunder everything they touch.

I am not calling FIOS to make any changes. There is no way in hell I am extending my contract.
