I might have tin-foil-hat-syndrome, but I think the problems are, at times, deliberately inflicted on Third Party customers.
I moved my father to Teksavvy from Bell about 12 months ago. Since then, almost all the classic issues appeared - jerky video, random disconnects, poor streaming.
He eventually returned to Bell, and all the problems ended.
Maybe the incumbents will, just like with throttling, eventually come clean and say they disadvantaged their competition. By then, what's left? |
