Re: Teksavvy Cable - Connection Dropping every 4-8 HoursI don't even want to talk to Teksavvy techs. It i just a waste of time, starting each time with the basics, blaming routers, and cables etc.
Instead they should just deal with the issue on the back-end and own up to it.
I have started looking at moving off the service, I did not want to, but the inability to use VOIP services is a killer.
Such a shame, so frustrating

Rogers runs the DHCP service on cable if you are in a Rogers area. If it's due to an Rogers issue, you need to get help from Teksavvy's Support to get the issue fix. |
