| Upgrade/Downgrade prices I just renewed my services about 2 weeks ago, the only thing I changed was the free for life MRDVR and got some extra discounts.
Went on to the upgrade and renewal page this is what I saw:
Presently I have Ultimate TV, 35/35 and phone
If I upgrade to:
75/35 +$20/month
150/65 +$40/month
Now get this, if I downgrade to:
15/5 +$10/month
3/1 +$10/month
Seems strange, if I downgrade the speed I still pay more. I guess I got a good price when I renewed or maybe I may loose the free for life DVR ........???
Anyway I'm staying where I'm at. |
