Yes they are, however the breaker doesn't interrupt. The devices keep functioning.
Unfortunately I can't put the modem anywhere else since all the cables from 8+ devices are routed to this room. Obviously cannot move the treadmill as well.
I have switched modem also but the problems is still there.
The only thing I can make is a new plug directly from the electrical box
