It's frustrating when I call time and time again to hear technicians tell me my signals are fine and then request a "truck" only for the technician in said "truck" tell me three days later to my face everything looks good.

I realize it's good, I realize my side is fine. I've tried multiple devices, Iv'e used an ASA 5505, a PIX 501, Apple Airport, and a Linksys junk router. They all give the same results, i've stripped my network to the basic of basics and still run into issues.

The fact that my default gateway is fine says data is leaving my house and making it to the CO, stop sending TRUCKS TO MY HOUSE!

To have tech's tell me I have no issues leads me to believe you don't have a solid infrastructure team that can tell me what's up with this device:

74.128.18.153

This is YOUR router on YOUR network that is where my problems start. How in your right mind can a technician with basic computer networking skills force me to troubleshoot my connection. Even my wife with no experience has common sense to know this is a problem on insight's network.

What irks me is that time and time again for over 6 months you refuse to take ownership of the problem and assume it's on my end and sending a "truck" will fix it.

Your network hardware is faulty or it's overloaded and I want answers. This is horrible service and I am shocked that in 2012 we still can't troubleshoot simple network issues.

Enough is enough! I had better performance in dialup!

Try to go on the Time Warner direct forum to see if they can help you.

Has the TW Take over completed yet? [Yes I know it was approved but I mean the back end] Everything I see around here is still "Insight.. Insight.. Insight" at least here in Columbus.

Yes I know that however, on the back end, Insight is still being run as Insight by Insight end of the business.. They have not merged the company as one yet.. In fact I still see "Insight" branded commercials on tv here offering "Insight" packages... and the bill I get still says "Insight"

I don't believe Time Warner specific tech support has access to the insight systems yet..

Insight is being run as a subsidiary of Time Warner. I have a feeling it will be awhile before they role us into their system.

Looks like it's on it's rear end again...man this company doesn't even have tools to monitor the amount of trash they deploy on their own network.

Horrible architecture team you guys have there, probably a bunch of geek squad drop outs.

Still sucks!

Man these guys are terrible, IT support has really attracted too many newbies looking for an easy paycheck these days.

Rumor is June 2013 is when the name change will happen.

You need to keep calling in to them, they will credit you if they see the issue on their end and cant fix it.

Saturday night my internet service was either slow or going off. Does anybody experience this when the temperature is below 25 degrees. I had to reboot my modem 4 times to get a steady signal. I live in the Irish Hill neighborhood in Louisville.

Yes I brought that up last time and it was dismissed as a coincidence.

Yep...I've been having the same issues for over 2yrs...I used to live in Glen Mary, and had latency issue there. I've recently moved to Eastwood (Just east of Middletown on Shelbyville Rd.) I've done the same thing, and all the latency is on their end...When a tech comes to your home he only does a "speed test" to a server in Bowling Green or Lexington, and as long at he hits your nut (nut= 10.0, 20.0, 30.0, and 50.0) then he says everthing is fine....I move to the east end over 7 months ago and I got 30.0. It's not worth it...It's all a rip off...Can't wait till my one year is over....Bye Bye Insight, sorry TWC, or whatever they are going to call themselves in August this year...
