Line Test with Dynamic IP?

Will your line test tool work with an IP Name set up with no-ip.com? I do not have a fixed IP address for my high speed connection.

Done....I added the account name that I created at »www.no-ip.com to the DDNS setting that is included with my TPLink TL-WR1043 router, then I set up an account with »www.Pingdom.com selecting the "Ping Type' check at 5 minute intervals. I am starting to get some uptime and response time graphs.
