They told me that hopefully by the end of August they will have the upgrade done (to the network in my area) and I can get the higher speeds. In am stuck with the 35/35 plan. In fact, when I signed up for it, a tech called me back a few days later and said I would not see 35 on the u/l and he would give me a little more download speed. I test all the time and have 42 down and 23 up max. In the past year, the speed test have never exceed those speeds from various sites.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[bsangs posted : FiOS rep just confirmed to me that the highest available tier in my neighborhood is 50/25. I don't get it. I live 12 miles from NYC in an affluent suburb, teeming with thousands of professionals that could greatly benefit from - and be willing to pay for - the higher Quantum speeds. How do they reach such a decision? Not to mention, they keep flooding my airwaves - TV and radio - with ads for the higher speeds. Wonderful.]]></description>
