Re: No new speeds for you Same here. I called a spoke with 3 reps. They told me that hopefully by the end of August they will have the upgrade done (to the network in my area) and I can get the higher speeds. In am stuck with the 35/35 plan. In fact, when I signed up for it, a tech called me back a few days later and said I would not see 35 on the u/l and he would give me a little more download speed. I test all the time and have 42 down and 23 up max. In the past year, the speed test have never exceed those speeds from various sites. |
