Re: Teksavvy Cable - Connection Dropping every 4-8 Hours I can also confirm that there are no more random modem reboots with the DCM475 running STAC.02.16.
I started the cable service two weeks ago and had the reboot problem with the 476 from day one.
A Rogers technician was dispatched to check the signal levels and he found no issues. He recommended to have the modem replaced.
After calling tech support, TSI sent me a DCM 475 with STAC.02.16 as a replacement.
The modem has been online for the past 3 days without any issues.
