[CA] Ridgecrest, ca freq drops reconnects under load

Very frequent dropouts when downloading. Started yesterday.

I'm having the same problem, and based on these boards it looks like it's more widespread than just Ridgecrest (despite the phone tech telling me no one has reported this problem in my area). Has there been any update on this issue?

I'm up and running with a new modem. I purchased a new Motorola Surfboard (DOCSYS 3) and the tech put in for me during the service call.

All's well (cross fingers!)
