BHNtechXpert posted : Remove the app entirely and reinstall it and tell me if it continues. No known issues with the app at this time and I am able to login and use the service here in St Pete no problem.

So it means "all areas" where the service has been deployed. Is it only in the Tampa/Saint-Petersburg area at this time? (just curious)

Retry after sometime."

It's been like this since I got the email on Friday, and my box did reboot.
