I have Ultimate HD w/HBO . When I run the test my package comes up as: Extreme HD, HBO, MRDVR Ready. In the past it gave a laundry list of items. |

That's what mine shows as well, which is correct, although I also have Showtime so it should be listed. Guessing this is a "bug". |

Yes. Just thought it was odd that it was listed incorrectly and wanted to find out if anyone else was in the same boat. |

Well, now here becomes the issue with it (at least I assume it is caused by it), when you tell the Guide to only show Subscribed Channels, it won't show all your channels -- since the IMG doesn't show Showtime under Packages, it doesn't show up under my subscribed channels, however I can manually tune to them. |

I have the same issue. I have the Ultimate HD package and the self diagnostic shows the exact same as you, Dliv (Extreme HD, HBO, MR DVR Ready). I am receiving the channels from the Ultimate package. |

But what happens if you have the guide only display subscribed channels? Does it not display all the channels you subscribe to? |

Since this morning's 1.9.1 upgrade (VHO 5), the self diagnostics is reporting that I'm subscribing to every foreign language (I don't get ANY) - the list is so long that it truncates to a "..." before the more important movie channels would be listed.
The other (more considerable) problem I've noticed is that VOD isn't working - I'm getting a grey screen telling me that the STB isn't authorized, with lots of data about the content, MAC addresses and data addresses. I've called Verizon, and the CSR said that its a widespread issue affecting VHO 5 today (specifically, he said something about 50% of VOD orders weren't working). |
